  6. What is posture? Importance of posture in human life, from rugs effect on different body organs in detail and care.
  7. Detailed Information of Pranayama and Meditation.
  8. What is stress and how to remove stress?
  9. How Does Stress Affect Health?
  10. What is Bhakti yoga, Raj-yoga, karma yoga, Gyan yoga and its benefits.
